Ninja air fryer called 'Ferrari of home cooking' by Marco Pierre White | Express.co.uk

Ninja's air fryers are renowned for being some of the most popular and premium cooking devices around, and they've just launched the newest addition to the range.

The white NINJA Double Stack XL is exclusive to Currys, costs £279.99, and the sleek new shade is perfect for those with white or neutral kitchens who want to match their cooking device to their decor.

Famous British chef and restauranteur Marco Pierre White tested the new air fryer, praising its benefits: “Since last year, I’ve been using air fryers and have grown to appreciate their modern convenience. Although I love modern food, I’ve always been a traditionalist with my methods. Currys has truly pushed me out of my comfort zone by asking me to prepare the most high-pressured meal of the year: a Christmas Dinner.

I had no idea how this would turn out. But my word, this trendy white box is more than just a load of hot air. It’s the perfect kitchen companion, unleashing a festive feast in record time. And if anyone thinks you can’t cook a gourmet meal in an air fryer, they’re just not trying hard enough. I’m converted. It’s the Ferrari of home cooking!”

The air fryer takes on the dual drawer principle, but with a compact stacked design, meaning you can cook two different foods simultaneously but without taking up extra counter space with a huge device. To make the air fryer even more versatile, it includes wire baskets to split the space up even further - especially handy for fussy eaters.

With a capacity of 9.5L, the cooking device can fit up to eight portions, which is ideal for families and dinner parties, plus it has all the benefits you'd usually expect from an air fryer, like faster cooking times and lower energy use.

For cooking roast dinners, a 1.4kg chicken can fit in each drawer, and Marco Pierre White also found the air fryer shaved 20 minutes off roast potato cooking time.

The air fryer also comes in black and grey shades, or alternatively, the NINJA Foodi MAX Dual Zone, which is also now available in white, is slightly cheaper at £229.99, and is highly-rated on Currys.

Ninjas' airfryers are a costly purchase, but there are cheaper alternatives, including the COSORI Air Fryer TurboBlaze which is reduced to just £99.99 on Amazon.

For a fraction of the cost, the Manual 4 Litre Air Fryer from Dunelm is just £30 and great for couples or small families.
